4. How We Share Personal Information

We share personal information in the following circumstances:

4.1 With Other Users

The Platform is a two-sided marketplace. When you register, post listings, apply to jobs, accept Bookings, send messages, or complete transactions, certain information is shared with other Users:

  • Public profile information, including name, role, general service area, ratings, and reviews, is visible to other Users on the Platform.
  • Before a Booking is confirmed, the Platform masks direct contact information (email addresses and phone numbers) in messages to preserve marketplace integrity and enforce the non-circumvention provisions of the Terms of Service.
  • After a Booking is confirmed, the counterparty may receive contact information and other details necessary to complete the service.

4.2 With Service Providers and Sub-Processors

We share personal information with third-party service providers that help us operate the Platform. These service providers are contractually required to use personal information only for the purposes for which it is disclosed and to maintain appropriate security. Current categories and primary providers include:

  • Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel, Inc. (hosting) and Supabase, Inc. (database, authentication, and file storage).
  • Payments and payouts: Stripe, Inc. (processes all payments and handles Stripe Connect Express accounts for Worker payouts).
  • Transactional email: Resend, Inc.
  • Text messaging, when activated: Twilio, Inc.
  • Background checks, if and when activated: a third-party background check provider that is a consumer reporting agency subject to the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.
  • License verification: state licensing databases, including the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA).
  • Analytics, error monitoring, and customer support tooling.
  • Professional advisors, including attorneys, accountants, and auditors, when necessary to obtain advice or comply with legal obligations.

4.3 For Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental requests, including subpoenas, court orders, and tax reporting obligations.
  • Enforce the Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy, including investigating and responding to suspected violations.
  • Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security issues, or technical problems.
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of LastCall Pro, our Users, or the public.
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

4.4 In Business Transactions

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, personal information may be transferred to the successor or acquiring entity as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such transfer and any resulting material changes to this Privacy Policy.

4.5 With Your Consent

We may share personal information with additional parties when you direct us to do so or otherwise consent to the sharing.

4.6 Aggregated or De-Identified Information
